Corten Haus introduces a bold material identity to an inter-terrace home, defined by a dynamic double-skin facade of operable aluminum louvers and glass windows, juxtaposed beside corten steel panels. This versatile envelope allows the exterior to continuously adapt, offering full control over privacy, airflow, and light filtration against the street front.

Inside, the home embraces its structural constraints as design highlights. Existing structural columns are clad in rich, dark green marble, creating striking vertical accents against warm timber wall panels and metallic millwork.

Despite the narrow footprint of an inter-terrace layout, the interior remains bright and open. Sculptural light wells draw daylight directly from top-level skylights down through all floors, casting soft, natural illumination across the living spaces throughout the day.
